Would the Lord really offend people unjustly. He did after all perform miracles before He said difficult truths.
We should maybe be quiet also until the Lord can also verify our truth through our fruits.

St John the Baptist said to the Pharisees do not think we have Abraham as our father. Therefore we must bear fruit worthy of repentance. Even if we have true faith in Jesus. John says God is able to raise up children to Him even if that means supposedly to join the church

Here is a verse of the day I subscribe to not from church

Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

I decided to choose my convictions over any one influence even my father.
I am convicted by the church fathers who also taught communion in the Eucharist as well as prayer but not just prayer. Maybe God came to accept others who did not have communion if the church lost its ability to witness but I can not prove that or yet. So I think it is not safe to teach it unless Protestants all be able to prove it. Maybe some can and others can’t. Those who can’t may not be excused not to join the church if they know about the church fathers and can not prove it. But they still may be saved if it is true but they don’t know but they may not be. God may also accept them but we do not know. They may need to convert

When I was young just after high school I found comfort in someone from a website teaching me about Jesus love and his beliefs on the gospel. I guess I was drawn because I was neglectful as a youth to know Jesus. Maybe I did wrong to distrust the church and the churches care for me which I do believe the church cared for me but I was hostile to their correction at other times or they may have slipped some times and I was unforgiving though they still cared for me. That does not mean the church does not care for me but church men can make mistakes and some may not care. But the message was still helpful because it allowed me to know the truth I missed to know in the church to have a relationship in the church

Maybe those like my father who never heard about the church fathers maybe God will convert them some other way

Anyway I believe it may be God’s job to convert others and open their hearts like He did to Lydia
And as it was said the Lord daily added to the church those who were being saved

St Augustine said the truth is like a lion you don’t have to defend it. But I suppose it must still be spoken and you are not following the truth of loving your neighbor if you don’t love those who are not willing to accept it now without your deeds

I feel bad that I was slow to come back like st Moses the black and Mary the Egyptian but I want to come back as I miss confession and to really live repentant. Jesus raised the bar of the law and taught fornication is also to lust after a woman in your heart

We don’t know maybe God will forgive some people who died out of the church and some others alive now and gave them the Holy Spirit but now is calling many to join the church to have the Holy Spirit now or maybe all are called now to join the church

Jesus said the way to life is narrow and few find it. One should maybe join the church if he can not prove it wrong but it may be others are accepted and we may have to keep looking for the gate of truth which few find. But it may be in the church or rather the church which hold the Lords teachings who said He would never change them even though heaven and earth pass away

General Discussion / On death for Christ
« Last post by mikeforjesus on August 07, 2018, 11:52:45 pm »
Christians must not seek death when they are not ready for then they should be afraid of the sword but if it comes on one he should not be afraid but trust in God for strength. God protects us if we are not ready but we must not test Him by seeking death before your time when God may think your work on earth is not done.

It is important not to judge but we must also not teach that God does not come as a thief to those who are not watchful but we should not spend our time turning people off even with the truth. He did not come to condemn but He has never said we should not watch. By He did not come to condemn it means He is patient not coming to blow out a smoking flax or bruise reed which is those sinners who may repent who deserve patience because they have not been fully reached. But willful sinners should be afraid

Jesus says watch and pray the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak

The Lord said if we did not do to the least of His brethren we do not do to Him
Maybe we are called only to love and God is to convict. Maybe God is not holding our trespasses against us to punish us but will give all the chances one needs to accept Him and return to Him and be alive. Therefore we should not judge any ones life but our job is to serve them and try to win them to God by our love and not put a stumbling block. But I don’t know if it is true but of course I think we should not judge any one in particular and
we should probably put aside all judgement if we have not attended to people. I say this only because of worry to cause people to despair. I do worry some may feel we are not caring to tell them the truth and I worry if any of it is a lie but I don’t know just some musings from what I see online about Matthew 25 and thinking on the parable itself. But sharing this may make people think they have the right to give up on God because people keep doing so
But Jesus said woe to the world because of offenses but that they must still come but woe through whom they come
We must not assume others need to repent and we do not and we are more righteous

Unfortunately by posting billy graham I am mocking unintentionally one who is a true servant of God and could destroy his work.  But I am saying now to others they should not be deceived. Those in that crowd should not mock his call to repentance because of those who want to seek attention from billy graham and test him or put him to an open test because not all receive him not showing respect to him and  blaspheme his ministry unintentionally just to have attention.  The devil makes one criticise a servant of God as a sinner that is trying to appear wiser than us rather than to help others

An omen (also called portent or presage) is a phenomenon that is believed to foretell the future, often signifying the advent of change.[2] People in ancient times believed that omens bring a divine message from their gods.[3]

These omens include natural phenomena, for example an eclipse, abnormal births of animals and humans and behavior of the sacrificial lamb on its way to the slaughter. They had specialists, the diviners, to interpret these omens

Sirach 34:1-8
1 A man of no understanding has vain and false hopes,
and dreams give wings to fools.
2 As one who catches at a shadow and pursues the wind,
so is he who gives heed to dreams.
3 The vision of dreams is this against that,
the likeness of a face confronting a face.
4 From an unclean thing what will be made clean?
And from something false what will be true?
5 Divinations and omens and dreams are folly,
and like a woman in travail the mind has fancies.
6 Unless they are sent from the Most High as a visitation,
do not give your mind to them.
7 For dreams have deceived many,
and those who put their hope in them have failed.
8 Without such deceptions the law will be fulfilled,
and wisdom is made perfect in truthful lips.
